– Responsible for bridging communication between development staff in Vietnam and Project Manager in Japan by participating in team meetings, handling issues, and translating – interpreting.
– In charge of GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) operation management (support Recruitment Department about documentation and necessary procedures, communicate with Management Department in Japan, develop tools, etc.).
– Participate in a part of the software development process such as the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing, and operating the product.
Yêu cầu chung
– Have experience and knowledge in the field of software development.
– Japanese skills at least N2 level.
– Experienced in using at least one of the programming languages such as C#, PHP, Java, etc., proficient in OOP.
– Ability to communicate and discuss in business or technical meetings with Team Manager in Japan.
– Good Japanese reading comprehension.
– Good English command in reading and writing.
– Strong management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
