Job Description:
As our Full-Time Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital presence and client engagement. This is a 100% work-from-home position where you’ll collaborate with our Australian team to execute marketing strategies that grow our business and support our clients’ financial journeys. Expect a fast-paced, creative environment with opportunities to innovate and advance your skills.
You must be confident in being able to work some weekends & within a self directed manner. You will be our marketing team and it will be your role to accelerate and grow into.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns to attract new clients and boost engagement.
Perform A/B testing on graphics and creatives using Canva to refine marketing materials for maximum impact.
Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, emails, and our website to showcase financial tips and client success stories.
Research emerging trends in finance and marketing, then craft compelling written monthly email newsletters to nurture leads and retain clients.
Manage and update HubSpot CRM, including lead tracking, automation setups, and performance reporting.
Handle WordPress website administration, including content updates, plugin management, and creating optimized landing pages for campaigns.
Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in Meta advertising, A/B testing on Canva, video editing, trend identification for content creation, HubSpot, and WordPress (including landing page builders like Elementor).
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaborating with an international team.
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home office setup, and availability during Australian business hours (e.g., overlapping with 11 AM – 7 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in finance, property or a related field (portfolio or examples required).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
