Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of software, ensuring optimal security and performance;
– Provide exceptional customer support for antivirus software by addressing account, subscription, and technical inquiries via phone and remote assistance sessions;
– Make independent decisions while adhering to company policies and regulations;
– Manage all aspects of people interactions with professionalism and courtesy;
– Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
– Fluency in Dutch, OR French, OR German language (written and spoken, at least B2+ level).
– Good knowledge of English language (B2 level);
– Strong attention to detail;
– Intermediate technical PC knowledge and ability to multitask;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
