Position Summary
This role is integral to enhancing our foreign exchange market presence and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
We can accept applications from candidates based in Vietnam and Thailand.
Core Responsibilities
Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and identifying target audiences in the region.
Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital channels, events, KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), community, and partnerships.
Contribute to social media and content calendars by producing engaging and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, in regional native languages.
Ensure regular web content updates and check content for accuracy and consistency.
Identify relevant industrial forums, communities, and affiliate sites, and create content for these mediums regularly.
Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to a high standard across a range of digital channels within set deadlines.
Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness to senior management.
Assist with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Native or fluent in either Thai or Vietnamese and English (B2 level or higher).
Relevant education, ideally at the Bachelor’s level in Marketing or Communications.
1.5+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Content Creation, with experience in FX/Crypto being essential.
Knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software, and best practices, including social, digital, email marketing, and offline events.
Experience with social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
