Main function of the post:
To be at the forefront of helping patients with unmet needs access cannabis and lead better lives. Offer a comprehensive assessment of patients supported by a team of patient service coordinators and trained pharmacists. Collaborate with a range of specialists in their field from psychiatric to chronic pain to rehabilitation.

Contract basis: Permanent contract via PAYE. 2-5 days a week + (Hybrid)
Key responsibilities:
The job holder will do all things within their skill and ability; specific examples are (but not limited to):
Complete initial face to face consultations and gather physical health background information for new patients, assessing their care needs
Ensure a clear detailed summary of every intervention is documented and in line with clinical governance
Ensure the use of internal systems such as Pabau for documentation
Be responsible for the prescription of cannabis based medical products (CBMP’s)
Oversee the end-to-end patient journey ensuring patients with unmet medical needs are able to access safe and effective medical cannabis therapies
Advise patients suffering from a range of different medical conditions from chronic pain (neurological and gastroenteric); psychiatric disorders and rehabilitation
Maintain high standards of clinical governance and maintain this within our clinics
Liaise with a number of internal departments to ensure the right treatment is prescribed to the patient with the right dosage at the right time
● Achieve all set KPI’s for the role
Qualifications & Skills
GMC Registration
Confident using IT and technology is essential
Confident communicator, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in pain medicine is desirable
Previous experience of working in a hybrid/remote private healthcare provider desirable.
