citPEAK is extending their team in Cairo with a Customer Success Manager – German Account.
Tasks

Advice and support users after they become customers.

Proactively demonstrate possible use cases and best practices.

Provide Technical and Product Support.

Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with existing customers.

Be the interface between existing customers and sales teams.

Requirements

C1/C2 German language proficiency is a must.

Possess a sales-oriented, sociable, and adaptable personality.

Strong PC user skills.

Ability to learn independently and demonstrate self-motivation.

Experience in conducting business conversations over the phone and attracting new customers.

A basic understanding of software products and business processes is a plus.

Attractive fixed salary per month 60K EGP (Net).
