Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, providing superior customer support and sales assistance
Sell and promote cruise packages, including cross-selling and upselling tailored options and associated products
Offer comprehensive post-booking and booking management support to guests
Assist travel agents with bookings, inquiries, and management of customer needs
Provide accurate and helpful information on destinations, ships, travel documentation, pricing, and more
What We Offer:
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with potential extensions
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday (latest finish 19:00, no late- or nightshifts)
Compensation: €1,100 per month x14 + €167 in meal allowances + Up to €120 monthly in Performance Bonus
Fully paid client training
Health insurance from Day 1
Work-from-home setup: Equipment provided and shipped to your Portuguese address

Requirements:
Native fluency in German and a minimum B2 level of English
Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred
Background in sales, tourism, or travel agencies is an advantage
Strong digital proficiency and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven multi-tasking ability and a problem-solving approach
Residency or intent to relocate to Portugal
