Main responsibilities:
Execute operational activities following the policies.
Drive program performance – SLAs, KPIs adherence and improvements.
Conduct punctual reviews with customers and stakeholders.
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.
Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development.
Leads when necessary, and conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, process, product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
Train, coach and mentor AMs and Team Leads.
Balance the needs of key stakeholders and ensure the teams they are involved with are aware of the combined end goals.
Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client, building a strong customer relationship.
Required skills:
At least 5 years of working experience in managing voice customer care projects (Retail domain experience) is required for this position.
Excellent written and spoken communication in German and English.
Strong leadership skills to drive team performance.
Flexible and can work independently under pressure.
Attention to detail, strong data analytical skills.
Drive team motivation and employee engagement activities.
Advantages:
