Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and qualify candidates for diverse roles across the consumer services sector.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
Utilize social media platforms and job boards to reach potential candidates.
Prepare and present candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and experiences.
Guide candidates through each step of the recruitment process, providing insights and support.
Requirements
Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
