Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job descriptions.

Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.

Conduct initial resume screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.

Organize interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.

Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

A strong desire to start a career in recruitment and help connect talent with opportunities.
