Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
