Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English is essential.
No previous recruitment experience is required; full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in helping candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
