Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards and social media.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Keep detailed records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from start to finish.
Requirements
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to assist candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A passion for starting a career in recruitment and connecting individuals with opportunities.
