Vielhauer GmbH (www.mv-lub.de) is a pioneer in bio-lubricant distribution and production, committed to sustainability and quality.
We’re looking to expand our team with a dedicated Remote Assistant capable of holding conversations in German to support our sales and office operations. If you’re passionate about remote work and have good German communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Candidates with German/Deutsch as their 2nd or 3rd language are welcome to apply.
Position Overview:
As our Bilingual Remote Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from Germany, manage customer inquiries, and support our sales and office tasks. You’ll work closely with our CEO and the broader team to enhance customer relationships and assist with various administrative duties.

1050 USD

40 hrs

Key Responsibilities:
? Answer inbound calls (mainly taking orders and inquiries) and make outbound calls as needed
? Engage in telephone acquisition to support sales initiatives
? Assist with various office tasks and administrative duties
? Provide direct support to our sales team and collaborate closely with our CEO and Sales Manager

? Have experience in Sales
? Are interested in part-time or full-time work arrangements
? Can render overtime if needed

? Do not have a stable and well-equipped workspace
? Do not have experience in the Telemarketing & Telesales industry

? Test your internet speed using Speedtest.net by Ookla, and share the results with us.
? Initial Interview with the Sales Manager and Sales Team
? Final Interview with our CEO/Managing Director
? All communication and interview process will be done in GERMAN/DEUTSCH and ENGLISH only
? Applicants who don’t have an introduction video in German WILL NOT be catered
Tools You’ll Use:
? HubSpot: For CRM and call handling, and company operations
? Hubstaff: For time tracking
? Google Workspace: For file sharing, operations, and task management
? Google Chat: For team communication and collaboration
Interview Process:
Selected candidates will go through an initial interview to discuss the role and expectations. A final interview will follow to ensure a mutual fit and answer any remaining questions. Training and resources will be provided, and additional tools will be introduced as needed.
