My client is seeking a dynamic Global Payroll Director to lead their payroll operations and strategically identify gaps and improvement opportunities. This fully remote position will oversee the payroll function across multiple regions, ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency while driving innovation in our payroll processes.

Evaluate payroll processes to identify gaps and implement solutions for improved accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Provide strategic direction for payroll team, ensuring alignment with business and client needs

Develop and implement best practices for managing complex payroll operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring seamless integration with HR and finance functions.

Lead the transformation of payroll processes to drive efficiency and automation, identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and support scalability.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Extensive experience in global payroll management, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.

Strong knowledge of HR, payroll regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience in a multinational company (MNC) environment, such as Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Centers of Excellence (COE), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), is a plus.
