Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Supplier Management
~Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing partners (textile and plastic-based)
~Conduct factory visits and assessments
~Support product development during factory visits
~Ensure quality, pricing, and timelines align with company standards
Social Responsibility & Compliance
~Monitor and support factory compliance with labor, safety, and environmental standards
~Collaborate with factories to implement corrective actions and sustainable practices
~Be an advocate for continuous improvement and ethical manufacturing
Auditing & Reporting
~Conduct in-person factory audits (social, environmental, and operational)
~Provide clear, action-oriented feedback and reports
~Work closely with factory teams to resolve issues and improve systems
Cross-Functional Communication
~Coordinate with the Thailand and Hong Kong sourcing teams
~Liaise regularly with U.S. headquarters
~Be a cultural bridge between factory teams and company expectations

Qualifications:
Thai citizen or permanent resident (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in sourcing, compliance, or manufacturing
Industry background in safety gear, apparel/textiles, or plastic products is a plus
Strong understanding of factory operations, product development, and compliance
Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to understand accents across Asia
Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently
Work Setup:
Hybrid: Remote when not traveling; occasional meetings in person
Future office: Pattaya or Bangkok (2026)
Primary factory location: Chonburi
Travel Requirements:
Around 2 weeks/month, but may vary depending on workload
Key travel destinations include: Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, India, Philippines, Pakistan
