Job Description:
TeamFicient is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Talent Recruiter to join our growing remote team. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across the Philippines and Latin America, supporting our international recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience who are eager to grow in a global, remote-first company.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Recruitment Support
Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles in the Philippines and LATAM.
Post jobs on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job boards.
Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking tools and keep recruitment records updated.
Candidate Experience
Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates.
Provide updates and reminders throughout the recruitment process.
Help create a positive and engaging candidate journey.
Admin & Process Support
Assist senior recruiters with reports, documentation, and data entry.
Manage job descriptions, postings, and pipelines.
Participate in team check-ins and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR role.
Familiarity with job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
Experience with international or remote recruitment.
Prior experience recruiting in LATAM or the Philippines.
Technical Requirements
Laptop/desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM.
Stable internet connection (minimum 25 mbps) and a backup connection.
Noise-canceling headset.
Backup power source (UPS preferred).
