We are now looking for a talented GoHighLevel Automation Specialist skilled in creating systems to help grow a company.
Position Overview
We are seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing automated workflows, campaigns, and systems within the GoHighLevel platform to optimize lead generation, nurture prospects, and improve overall client operations.
Key Responsibilities
– GoHighLevel Platform Expertise: Configure and optimize GoHighLevel to meet business needs, including pipelines, workflows, campaigns, and triggers. Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, CRMs, email, and SMS platforms).
– Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to enhance lead management and client engagement. Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
– Campaign Management: Develop and execute email, SMS, and other marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel.
Set up appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups to improve customer experience and retention.
– Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and management within the GoHighLevel system. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
– Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Generate detailed reports on campaign and workflow performance.
– Training & Support: Train team members and clients on GoHighLevel features and best practices. Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the platform.
Qualifications
Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform, including campaign creation, workflow automation, and integration management.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in tools like Zapier, APIs, and other integration platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on optimizing workflows and campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote or on-site team.

20,000 – 35,000 PHP based on Skill Level and Experience
