Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (YouTube, Display, Search, Demand Gen)
Scale high-performing campaigns in crypto / binary / investment verticals
Work with Tier-1 GEOs and conversion-focused funnels
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams for tracking, reporting, and asset iteration
Independently manage budgets and performance with a clear earnings focus
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
Proven background in crypto, binary, investments – must-have
Experience in grey niches (Forex / Adult) – acceptable
Practical experience with Tier-1 GEOs, YouTube, Display, or Demand Gen – preferred
Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian – required for team communication
Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on earning and performance
Able to work independently and deliver results in a remote team setup
