Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled motion and graphic designer to join our expert network. The selected professional will contribute to enhance our online presence with design for our website and other related media also edit vedios.
Key Responsibilities
Create graphic and video content for social media, print, websites, and broadcast platforms.
Design visually engaging layouts, illustrations, branding materials, motion graphics, and short-form videos based on creative briefs.
Edit raw video footage, apply transitions, effects, and audio enhancements to produce polished final cuts.
Collaborate with other teams to produce compelling visual assets aligned with campaign goals.
Revise and update designs and videos based on feedback and current visual trends.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials and multimedia content.
Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, video editing workflows, and storytelling techniques.
Support UI/UX enhancements for digital platforms with visually aligned graphic and video input.
Coordinate with developers and social media teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging across channels.
Contribute to visual strategy and drive innovation in digital and multimedia design.
Any other tasks relevant to the projects or given by the company management.
Job Requirements:
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
📌 Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related.
Proven experience in web development and design (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition).
Strong graphic design and UI/UX skills.
📌 Technical & Core Competencies
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
Strong content creation skill and keen Eye for Visual Composition.
Deep Understanding of Web Design, Social Marketing, Product Design, Corporate Identity, Advertisement and Multi Media Design.
📌 Language Proficiency
Good Command of English is required
Proficiency in national languages (Dari/Pashto/Uzbeki)
Knowledge of German language is a plus
📌 Additional Requirements
