Company Overview:
Blue Beauty is a dynamic, innovative company specializing in premium skincare products. We are seeking a versatile and talented individual who can manage various aspects of advertising, social media content creation, video production, and website management. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available for weekly Teams meetings and occasional collaboration with different departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Advertising Materials:
Design and create high-quality advertising content, including brochures, magazine photos, business cards, and other marketing materials.
Work with the marketing team to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand’s image and voice.
Produce print-ready designs and collaborate with print vendors when necessary.
2. Social Media Content:
Develop creative content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
Stay updated on social media trends to create engaging posts, reels, and stories that resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and post regular content, ensuring consistent engagement across all platforms.
Analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to increase audience engagement and followers.
3. Video Production and 3D Rendering:
Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, website, and promotional use.
Use 3D rendering software to produce product animations and visual effects.
Ensure videos are optimized for the respective platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and 3D rendering tools like Blender or Maya.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video content that enhances product features, customer testimonials, or brand stories.
4. Website Management:
Maintain and update the website on the WooCommerce platform.
Create graphics and banners for new products and promotions.
Optimize the site’s layout and images for better user experience and improved sales conversions.
Regularly update product images, descriptions, and other website content as required.
5. Graphic Design:
Design original graphics for digital marketing, website, and social media.
Create visually appealing infographics, product mockups, and packaging designs.
Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to develop innovative and on-brand visual content.
6. Social Media Advertising:
Create and manage social media ad campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Design visuals for digital ads, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to track ad performance and adjust campaigns as needed.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
Attend weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams to discuss projects, provide updates, and align with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and video production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms for website management.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
Experience in 3D rendering and video editing.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, etc.).
Photography or videography skills.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website edits.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
Work Environment:
Remote work with flexible hours, but availability for weekly team meetings via Microsoft Teams is required.
Must have access to the necessary software and equipment to perform tasks remotely.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
