Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
Design digital and print materials aligned with our brand
Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign assets
Create templates and visual guidelines to ensure consistency
Contribute to UX/UI feedback for our website and online materials
Maintain and organize design files and creative assets
Requirements :
2+ years of design experience, preferably with a youth or nonprofit brand
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong visual communicator with a clean, accessible style
Able to work quickly and take feedback constructively
Passionate about education, exploration, and making an impact
