Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with brand identity, product branding, and marketing asset creation experience to work on consumer-packaged goods (CPG) in a highly competitive market. This role requires someone with a strong design portfolio, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and expertise in packaging, digital marketing assets, and print materials.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Identity & Product Branding
Develop logos, typography, and color palettes for new product lines and sub-brands.
Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across packaging, marketing, and digital assets.
Develop brand identity systems that differentiate products in competitive industries.
2. Packaging & Product Design
Design regulation-compliant, visually compelling packaging that resonates with consumers.
Work with dielines, mockups, and print production files to ensure high-quality packaging execution.
Ensure designs adhere to legal requirements and market regulations while maintaining brand integrity.
3. Marketing & Digital Asset Creation
Develop social media graphics, email templates, ad creatives, and website visuals to drive engagement.
Design tradeshow booth graphics, in-store signage, and promotional materials for retail and B2B.
Create animated or static ads for paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Networks).
3. Product Visualization & Mockups
Generate 3D product renders and packaging mockups to showcase concepts and new releases.
Create photorealistic product visualizations for use in e-commerce and digital ads.
4. Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to align visuals with strategy.
Maintain an edgy, premium, and market-relevant aesthetic that speaks to the target audience.
Be proactive in proposing new creative concepts to help shape brand evolution.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand identity, packaging, and marketing assets.
Proven portfolio showcasing work in consumer-packaged goods, lifestyle, vape, or alternative wellness industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience designing for highly regulated industries (cannabis, hemp, supplements) is a plus.
Ability to create high-quality product mockups and 3D renders (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar) is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design trends.
Comfortable working with remote teams, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.
