What We’re Looking For
– You have proven experience designing a range of marketing assets, from PDFs and brochures to social media and podcast graphics.
– You’re confident designing for both print and digital formats and understand the difference in approach.
– You’re a creative thinker who loves bringing visual concepts to life that align with brand strategy.
– You meet deadlines, follow creative briefs, and consistently deliver polished, high-quality work.
– You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a remote working environment.
– You have very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
– You’re skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and Canva, and are open to using AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.
– You have a fast, reliable PC or Mac with enough RAM to handle design software smoothly.
– You can commit to a full-time role (Monday-Friday, standard business hours. There will never be any weekend work!).
– You can work Philippine business hours.
– You’re looking for a long-term role (at least two years) with room to grow.
Your Design Tasks Will Include:
– Lead Magnet PDF Designs
– Printed Brochure Designs
– Book Covers & Inner Page Layouts
– Social Media Post Templates & Basic Animated GIFs
– Banner Designs for All Social Platforms
– YouTube Thumbnail Design
– Blog & Podcast Post Image Designs
– Podcast Cover Art Design
– Email Marketing Visuals
– Presentation Slide Deck Design
Note: You will have an advantage if you can also design websites, however, it’s not necessary, as we have a website design team.
