Ready to shape the financial backbone of one of Asia’s fastest-growing luxury resorts companies? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Finance Manager / Controller to join our team and drive financial excellence and strategic growth across our global operations.
The Role
Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate consolidation of financial statements aligning with IFRS, along with managing audits across multiple regions.
Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, spearhead multi-currency consolidation, and safeguard the integrity of company finances.
Strategic Guidance: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support acquisitions, expansions, and other initiatives.
Tax & Compliance: Manage tax obligations across jurisdictions to ensure regulatory adhesion and optimize financial planning.
Team Leadership: Mentor and nurture a multinational finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus a professional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Expertise in IFRS and financial consolidation.
Proven track record in managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Hospitality industry sector a plus
Analytical mindset paired with excellent communication skills.
