Hire Digital is looking for a Growth Marketer (Full-time, Remote) to drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on leveraging LinkedIn as a primary channel. This role is pivotal in expanding the brand’s reach within the B2B tech sector, focusing on technology decision-makers and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the B2B tech landscape. This includes identifying target audiences, setting clear objectives, and determining key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content specifically for LinkedIn, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. This includes blog posts, infographics, videos, and other formats that drive engagement and conversions.
Oversee the full content creation process, from ideation and production to publishing and community engagement. Ensure timely and relevant updates through a well-maintained LinkedIn content calendar.
Monitor and analyze LinkedIn and overall marketing performance metrics. Use insights to optimize growth strategies, refine content, and enhance engagement rates.
Utilize social media listening tools to track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment. Leverage this data to inform marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Work closely with other teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and ensure a cohesive brand message.
Requirements:
Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly within B2B and B2C sectors, and a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, are essential.
Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand messaging. Familiarity with social media management and listening tools is a must.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics. Ability to measure, report on, and optimize key KPIs.
Adaptable and creative mindset, capable of generating innovative ideas and concepts that drive growth.
