Our client is an international logistics company in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to work for their Air Division:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

Research and identify potential clients who require air freight services.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable air logistics solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

2. Sales and Business Development

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Provide accurate quotes and pricing for air freight services, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and clearly understood by both parties.

Track sales activities and performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Understand customer requirements and tailor services to meet their specific logistics needs.

Collaborate with the product development team to enhance service offerings based on market demands.

4. Coordination and Collaboration

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of air freight services.

Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, and other third-party service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions.

5. Compliance and Documentation

Ensure that all air freight services comply with international and local regulations, including customs requirements and safety standards.

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all necessary shipping documentation, such as air waybills, invoices, and packing lists.

Requirements

Good communication in Vietnamese and English.

Good understanding of Product Knowledge

Customer base

Good Contact with Air Lines and Ground System Controller

Punctual and honest to work.

Self-motivated.
