Our partner is a B2C crypto & FIAT brand, providing the technical infrastructure and a team of industry professionals passionate about blockchain technology and using it to level up gameplay and they are looking for a forward-thinking and hands-on Head of Acquisition to join the team.
In this unique role, the successful candidate will have responsibility for driving and devising acquisition strategies across a range of digital channels, generating qualified traffic, leading an acquisition marketing team and owning cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on senior affiliation and/or acquisition role, with experience in crypto projects within iGaming.
What you will do and more
Plan and implement a multi-channel strategy for cost-effective customer acquisition, including creation of an acquisition roadmap for key initiatives for an B2C crypto & FIAT projects
Manage acquisition marketing budgets and scale these over multiple digital channels including but not limited to affiliation, PPC, social and community (e.g. Discord/Telegram) platforms
Review, drive growth and optimize in existing marketing and acquisition channels through clear targeting and budgeting strategies, across multiple markets.
Development and delivery of innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team
Apply data-driven decision-making to all aspects of media buying to ensure the right targeting and efficient spending.
Scope and test new marketing channels which have the potential to scale e.g. partnerships
Design and execute structured tests to drive insight and improve overall acquisition and conversion
Oversee and participate in sourcing and management of third-party providers and partners, including affiliate marketing partners.
Lead Influencer Marketing campaigns, co-branding tests and partner search.
Lead on social media, community and CRO activities, having direct reports in these roles
What will help you to be successful at this role:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 3 years spent within a senior role in iGaming
At least 3 years of hands-on affiliation experience preferably in Crypto and iGaming
Strong affiliation network and a proven track record of building successful affiliate partnerships
Experience in crypto projects within iGaming is very beneficial
Team management experience is essential, as well as experience in working on and leading cross-functional marketing projects
A comprehensive understanding of online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technologies, tools and tracking infrastructure in terms of all social networks, search engines and affiliation is required.
Strong skills and experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Adwords, Ad servers, and other tools e.g. SEMrush, SimilarWeb etc
Understanding of industry, product, geographical, legal and infrastructure opportunities/challenges.
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Proven track record of delivering results for B2C iGaming brands via acquisition campaigns across a range of channels.
Data-driven and strategic mindset, that can break down large complex problems into actionable components.
Track record of applying data and a testing methodology to the acquisition of customers in scalable ways.
Attention to details, strong analytical and data visualisation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a remote and internationally dispersed team

A proactive self-starter with a keen interest in or experience of crypto related projects in iGaming
Strong “hands-on” mentality and ability to research, try and use new approaches and digital or new technology tools
