Job Title: Head of Growth / Marketing Director
Overview:
The Head of Growth / Marketing Director is responsible for leading the overall marketing and growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand development. This senior-level position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and requires a data-driven, creative leader capable of scaling a brand globally while managing a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy across paid media, organic channels, email/SMS, partnerships, and content
Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with product launches, revenue goals, and brand direction
Manage all aspects of performance marketing, including paid acquisition (Meta, Google, influencer, affiliate) and retention efforts
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of marketers, creatives, and external partners
Own and manage the marketing budget, performance targets (CAC, ROAS), and regular reporting on key growth metrics
Collaborate with creative teams to shape brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
Design and implement a robust testing roadmap to uncover growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance
Serve as a key stakeholder in cross-functional planning with product, operations, and executive leadership
Qualifications:
5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or brand marketing, preferably in DTC or e-commerce environments
Demonstrated success in scaling paid and owned channels while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC metrics
Proven leadership experience managing teams, freelancers, and agencies
Proficiency with marketing analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of driving measurable results
