About the role..
Codematic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead their operations. As a business leader, your primary focus will be on driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding their market reach. Your strategic vision, combined with your ability to execute, will be critical to their success in this competitive market.
Your Key Responsibilities

You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Codematic’s global goals and is tailored to the local market.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Codematic’s footprint and drive revenue growth.

You will lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to exceed performance targets.

You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

You will monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations, business practices, and Codematic’s internal policies.

You will analyze financial data, including sales reports and budgets, to make informed decisions that drive profitability.

You will collaborate with the global management team to align local operations with the overall company strategy.

What Your CV should highlight…

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Strong understanding of the market conditions and business practices in the designated country.

Experience in the technology or education sector is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in financial management and reporting.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally as a Country Manager, Sales Director, or similar position within the tech industry.
