Overview
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Growth and Marketing to lead the team in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the suite of HR tech products.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Growth Strategy:

Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

Identify, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives across various channels (organic, paid, and partnerships).

Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform growth strategies.

Set clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure and report growth success.

Build and Lead High-Performing Team:

Recruit, hire, and develop a talented team of growth and marketing professionals.

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.

Delegate effectively and empower the team to take ownership of projects.

Drive Customer Acquisition:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Optimize lead generation funnels and conversion rates.

Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts and improve lead qualification.

Enhance Customer Engagement and Retention:

Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to increase product adoption and satisfaction.

Drive customer retention through effective loyalty programs and customer success initiatives.

Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage Marketing Budget and Resources:

Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Allocate resources efficiently across different marketing channels and initiatives.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals.

Ensure alignment between marketing and overall business objectives.

What you need

Minimum 10 years of experience in growth and/or marketing at a growth stage (Series A-C) company (B2B or B2C)

Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets (preferably in a SaaS company)

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

Experience in HR tech or a related industry is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
