We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support and lead our human resources function in our fast-paced iGaming and trading company. In this role, you’ll focus on talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a supportive workplace culture that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to build a talented team.

Support a positive workplace environment that encourages growth and collaboration.

Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and handle conflict resolution.

Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR policies.

Collaborate with team leaders to support company-wide development initiatives.

Utilize HR data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Successful Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.

At least 2 years experience in HR roles, preferably within fast-paced or tech-oriented environments.

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and advise team members.

Strategic thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.

Experience in the iGaming or tech sector is beneficial but not required.
