We’re seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to drive our client’s DTC growth strategy and scale the brand beyond Amazon. You’ll lead our multi-channel acquisition efforts and own the performance marketing function that fuels our business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, working directly with our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager with the Social/Content team to build a cohesive growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising strategy to drive profitable customer acquisition
Manage media buying directly or oversee agency partnerships for optimal campaign performance
Collaborate closely with Social/Content team to ensure messaging alignment across all touchpoints
Drive email and SMS marketing campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve acquisition efficiency
Allocate marketing budget strategically across channels and track ROI/performance metrics
Develop and implement comprehensive DTC growth strategies on Shopify
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
Scale acquisition channels while maintaining strong unit economics
Requirements
3-5 years of proven DTC marketing experience with demonstrated growth results
Strong background in performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms
Hands-on experience with Shopify DTC brands and eCommerce growth strategies
Expertise in email/SMS marketing, conversion optimization, and funnel management
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and performance tracking experience
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend allocation
Ability to work collaboratively with content and creative teams
Track record of scaling brands profitably in competitive markets
What Success Looks Like
Consistent month-over-month DTC revenue growth outside of Amazon
Improved customer acquisition costs while maintaining or increasing LTV
Seamless integration between paid media, content, and retention marketing
Clear visibility into channel performance and data-driven optimization decisions
Strong collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners
