The Head of Product and Manufacturing Operations will lead our strategic efforts in customer-centric product development. In this role, you will oversee a dynamic team focused on product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, driving innovation and excellence at every stage.
Lead customer-centric product development that brings the voice of the customer to life within the regulated medical device products.
Lead sustaining engineering and new product development including oversite of contract engineering firm
Drive all engineering efforts, with accountability for both hardware and software development
Oversee manufacturing, supply chain and contact manufacturers
Ensure continuous improvement in product quality
Lead FDA-regulated Quality function ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in product quality and quality processes.
Establish and lead a data-driven culture and infrastructure to enhance customer experience.
Compensation Details:
Orbis Clinical provides a reasonable range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location.
The Pay Range for this position is $220,000 – $300,000. It is possible that this position can be hired outside of this salary range based on experience
