We are currently seeking a Head of Sales (HoS) for the APAC region to lead and develop our Sales team within the High Risk PSP and FinTech market of Southeast Asia.
Job Description:

Act as an “Acting Coach,” leading by example in approaching and managing new sales prospects.

Manage and optimize the Sales team for the Southeast Asian market.

Develop sales plans and KPIs for the team.

Ensure the achievement of planned sales targets within designated time frames.

Identify and propose new sales opportunities and enhancements for the company.

Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years experience in Managerial role overseeing Sales and Key Account teams in High Risk Payment industry

In-depth knowledge of high risk payment systems and the FinTech industry in Southeast Asia.

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Strong managerial experience

Strong skills in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong network among High Risk Merchants in Asia

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.

Fluency in English and a local Asian language at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher; an additional foreign language is a plus.
