The Head of Sales is responsible for expanding our B2B client portfolio and collaborating with sales teams to administer multiple product lines to achieve regional growth. In this role, you will be expected to provide new and innovative ideas for sales and marketing campaigns, growth-focused strategic planning, and clear communication with stakeholders and leadership teams. Key to the success of this new role will be entrepreneurial skills, and achievements developing business across the region.

Reporting to Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Growth
Team Management and Reporting
Provide clear vision and support to Sales team of the region
Support team in managing and developing the assigned client portfolio
Support team in managing and developing new client portfolio
Ensure team consecution of Quarterly targets and KPIs to help achieve our goals
Review and approve team’s commissions
Proactively participate in internal marketing and learner communications with the clients
Ensure all data is correctly entered and followed up in CRM
Achieve Sales targets for the region
Ensure all business opportunities are maximized in the region
Identify, develop and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services at all times
Understand customer needs and proactively develop plans to address them
Support sales teams in the design of programs and proposals according to the client’s budget and maintain operational efficiency and profitability
Proactively address internal and external issues that affect region success
Work with relevant internal teams to resolve customer complaints/requests quickly and effectively
Ensure teams follow guidelines on pricing, GM, Billing Terms and Terms and conditions when closing deals

Education & Experience
B2B experience with sales, client relationships, and team management
Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or another related field would be an advantage
