We are looking
for a Head of Strategic Media Partnerships to continuously grow and optimize the largest performance marketing channels for the Kilo Health group. You will lead key strategic relationships with media and enablement platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Hyros and others), negotiate favorable terms, and ensure media strategy success at the group level. Your mission: continuously improve our media buying performance across the portfolio by driving adoption of platform innovations, securing partner support, and ensuring best-in-class execution of paid media strategy. This is a highly strategic role requiring a strong understanding of platform ecosystems, analytical and performance marketing skills, and relationship management at the highest levels.
Get ready to
Own and deepen external performance media partner engagement and enablement at executive level
Lead platform innovation and performance excellence projects across Kilo Health group of companies, securing access to alpha/beta programs and early-stage tools
Negotiate highest value partner incentives for Kilo Health group
Act as the internal evangelist for platform best practices, innovation, and optimization opportunities
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), for example, overall Meta ROAS, total spend growth, BI terms, and the effectiveness of test-and-learn initiatives
Act as the company’s ambassador at media industry events and high-level meetings
Identify and capitalize on new collaboration opportunities with strategic media partners to strengthen group’s market position
Shape and execute test-and-learn initiatives to drive innovation in media strategies
Collaborate with internal experts (analytics, martech, creative) to align tools and data with platform capabilities
Represent Kilo Health’s unique multi-brand structure to external partners to unlock custom support and strategic guidance
We expect you to
Have 8+ years in performance media or digital advertising, ideally in a partner management or platform-facing role
Possess deep familiarity with platform ecosystems (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and how to leverage them for growth
Have experience working with or at platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), agencies, or large-scale media buyers.
Possess strong negotiation and contract management skills
Demonstrate the ability to manage large budgets and track performance metrics effectively
Demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior external stakeholders.
Drive growth in overall media spend efficiency and improve Meta ROAS and related metrics across multiple business unites
Execute successful test-and-learn strategies and develop new strategic partnerships with global media vendors
Salary
Gross salary range is 6500 – 8000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
