They are one of the fastest growing AI startups and their product is used by hundreds of clients in Japan. As their product portfolio is growing, they are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Head of UX to join thier team.
You will lead and train a team of 3-4 members, drive the design of the new product’s features, spearhead UX improvements, and develop a detailed design system with clear guidelines.
Requirement:
Team management experience (3-4 members).
UI/UX design experience for web services.
Proficiency in designing with Figma.
Business-level Japanese and conversational English
