Position Overview:
As a recruiter, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven record in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Education : University or College Degree
Experience : 2+ years in healthcare recruitment
Skills :
Strong understanding of the recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable in a high call volume environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
Roles and Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
Screen candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the process
Administer the onboarding process for new hires
