Encompassing luxury safari lodges including Jao, Kwetsani, Tubu Tree, Little Tubu, and Jacana, this pristine wilderness offers world-class wildlife experiences and is supported by sophisticated behind-the-scenes operations. ABOUT THE ROLE Ngamiland Adventure Safaris is seeking suitable qualified and experienced individuals to join the team. Applicants must have relevant experience, exposure and be able to prove heavy duty plant mechanical capabilities within the Workshop/Mechanical Industry. Candidates must be able to handle all aspects of petrol & diesel engines (Heavy & Light Duty Engines). Experience in Heavy Duty Trucks & Plant essential. Land Rovers, stock control required within the Workshop/Mechanical Industry. The position is permanent bush-based (outside of town). KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: • A minimum of 10 years previous workshop experience with Heavy Duty trucks and Plant. Must have previous experience and knowledge on Magirus Somat, APE Engines & Trucks. • Supervisory skills & training abilities essential. • Mechanical Technical Qualifications. • The ability to work in a remote bush environment. • Flexibility and ability to work long hours/shifts.
