We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Support Agent for Network Support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving issues related to connectivity and network equipment, providing efficient service to our customers and ensuring quick and effective solutions to their problems.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and establish connections for Internet, firewalls, switches, access points, and wireless routers (5G/4G).

Handle phone calls or email requests, providing initial support to customers.

Receive service requests, identify the necessary requirements, and coordinate actions to resolve the issue.

Verify the status of the Internet line, modem, router, firewall, computers, and access points.

Manage logistics for shipping required parts, ensuring they are delivered to the correct location.

Coordinate with the local IT technician to confirm their availability and ensure they have the necessary parts for repairs.

Follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely and effective responses to their concerns.

Ensure that technicians visit the designated location and resolve the issue effectively.

Verify shipping receipts and confirm that the parts have arrived on site so the technician can proceed with the repair.

Capture photographs and technical notes during on-site service and record all information in the management system.

Close the service request by submitting the ticket to the supervisor for review and to generate the corresponding invoice.
