Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Operator to join our team. As a Data Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data within Zoho Recruit, our applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update candidate and client information into Zoho Recruit, ensuring all data is entered in a timely and precise manner.
Database Maintenance: Regularly review and clean up data to eliminate duplications, inconsistencies, and errors within the Zoho Recruit database.
Quality Control: Conduct routine audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of data, taking corrective actions as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all data-related activities, including updates, deletions, and modifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless data flow and accurate information exchange.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on key data metrics and provide insights to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related issues promptly, collaborating with the IT team if necessary.
Compliance: Ensure data compliance with privacy regulations and company policies, taking appropriate measures to protect sensitive information.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho Recruit data entry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit or similar applicant tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
