Are you a creative visionary with a passion for transforming spaces and orchestrating stunning events? We’re looking for a dynamic Events & Interior Design Coordinator who can bring concepts to life-from sourcing flowers and decor to visualizing event layouts in 3D. This is a dual-role position perfect for someone who thrives in both event planning and interior design.
Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Styling
Plan and style visual themes for hotels, venues, and event spaces
Source and coordinate flowers, décor, furniture, and setup items
Design presentation boards or visual mock-ups for clients using SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar 3D rendering tools
Interior Design Support
Assist in designing interior layouts and staging concepts for residential or commercial projects
Source materials, furniture, and accessories from global and local vendors
Ensure design cohesion between event spaces and brand identity
Sourcing & Vendor Management
Research and negotiate with vendors for event and design materials
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of all event/design elements
Maintain a catalog of trusted suppliers and design resources

Requirements:
Proficient in 3D design tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar
Experience in event planning, floral design, and space staging
Strong interior design sensibility and sourcing expertise
Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills

Work Environment:
Fully remote
Must be available during Pacific Standard Time hours (9 AM – 5 PM PST)
Communication via Google Chat only
