Housekeeping Manager Remote Site

Join our CAC Kazakstan team as Housekeeping Manager at the remote site/camp
Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on housekeeping activities and service performance.

Quality Control: Monitor and enhance the quality of cleaning and housekeeping services to meet premium standards.

Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to elevate team performance and service quality.

Hotel-Level Expertise: Implement and maintain hotel-level housekeeping practices and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, preferably in a hotel setting.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

In-depth understanding of hotel-level housekeeping standards and practices.

Excellent reporting and quality assurance skills.

Passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining a pristine environment.
