Inviting applications for the role of HR Admin Coordinator UK, IRL, SP, IT, TUR – Assistant Manager – English- Romania- Remote
In this role, you will coordinate HR admin and pre-payroll activities for UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the HR Admin Team and its’ activities for allocated entities;

Ensures procedures in place for processes handled by the team managed;

Ensures all activities are performed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner;

Ensures compliance with labor laws, in close cooperation with local external partners, where the case;

Maintains active communication and positive relationships with the key partners: Hiring, C&B, HR, Payroll, Legal, HR and Accounting team, understands and reviews cross-functions impacts, and builds strategies to ensure adherence to legal requirements & company policies;

Maintains relationship with HR services providers

Supports audits in all HR admin related areas

Drives improvement projects in HR admin & Pre- payroll areas

Supervises, coordinates and guides all back-office admin team’ activities and staff

Operates independently & ensures employee motivation & development of the team

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

University Degree

Relevant work experience in personnel administration and pre- payroll services

End to end understanding of HR Administrative processes

Good knowledge of work legislation

Good knowledge of Emigrant Process/ Work permit, residence card

Good command of English Language (minimum B2 level on CEF scale, recommended C1)

Organized and detail – oriented

Results Oriented

Good planning and analytical skills

Prioritization and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Able to effectively run multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pro-active attitude, initiative driven
