Responsabilities: · Assist with employee onboarding and orientation. · Maintain and update employee records and databases. · Respond to employee requests and inquiries · Be an expert in UKG payroll system · Create and share reports and HR dashboards with managers · Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment. · Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys. · Help prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports. · Coordinate employee recognition programs and events. · Assist in managing HR projects and initiatives.
Skills and qualifications – Hard and soft skills:
2+ years in HR position
1+ years experience working with UKG Proactive, detail oriented Good communication skills
