DirectID is growing fast and thoughtfully. We are a remote first organisation and have been recognised as one of Scotland’s top 10 most flexible employers. We know we’re not just building world-class products but also a world-class team and a set of sustainable development practices that will continue to deliver value as we scale.

We believe that the best work comes from cross-functional, self-organising, and diverse teams that take ownership of their processes and practices. You will be trusted to make things happen.

Our people set us apart and these are some of the words they use to describe our culture: Flexible, Fast, Compassionate, Potential, Professional, Fun.

Our values have grown organically through our behaviours and outcomes, driving everything we do We’re a Clan, With one Shared Vision, For our Customers and Brave at Heart.

Our Mission is to revolutionise the market by changing traditional credit scoring to become inclusive, real-time and fair. To do this we will create a global credit score that has a positive impact to both customers and end users.

You will be joining the Employee Experience team continuing to help us create a great place to be with a focus on wellbeing and performance. We currently have plans to scale the business and investment to do so, however our focus is retention and engagement which this role would heavily focus on.

You will have a background in HR or in a people function with a good understanding of employment law and a passion for employee wellbeing and engagement. Your role will be to support HR administration, from Visas, to pay rises, to career development plans and talent attraction. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys start up culture with a real growth mindset and love of learning to help us stay ahead of the curve.

Here you will have access to a large array of technical tools to aid you, such as Confluence for policy and the company handbook, SharePoint for general admin tasks, Asana for team projects, Office Vibe for weekly feedback, Workable for talent attraction, Drata for policy sign off and security setup and Bob for the HR function. There is still a lot to do and much more to utilise, automate and personalise, so we are looking for a creative solution finder who is tech savvy and of course, full of ideas for improvement.
