YOUR ROLE
You will be joining the Employee Experience team continuing to help us create a great place to be with a focus on wellbeing and performance. We currently have plans to scale the business and investment to do so, however our focus is retention and engagement which this role would heavily focus on.
You will have a background in HR or in a people function with a good understanding of employment law and a passion for employee wellbeing and engagement. Your role will be to support HR administration, from Visas, to pay rises, to career development plans and talent attraction. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys start up culture with a real growth mindset and love of learning to help us stay ahead of the curve.
Here you will have access to a large array of technical tools to aid you, such as Confluence for policy and the company handbook, SharePoint for general admin tasks, Asana for team projects, Office Vibe for weekly feedback, Workable for talent attraction, Drata for policy sign off and security setup and Bob for the HR function. There is still a lot to do and much more to utilise, automate and personalise, so we are looking for a creative solution finder who is tech savvy and of course, full of ideas for improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth, technology-oriented environment
CIPD Level 3 or above
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as some employment law and regulations
Experience setting up growth plans and career development plans
Experience creating a positive onboarding experience
A passion for Employee Experience, Wellbeing and Mental Health
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Comfortable using HR technology and applications such as Bob, Confluence, Office Vibe and SharePoint
