We are seeking a results-oriented HR professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a smooth and successful employee experience. You will wear many hats, providing strategic leadership across all HR functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from onboarding to performance
management and employee relations. * Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with
business goals. * Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-equipped for success.
Foster a positive work environment by creating and implementing employee
wellness programs and engagement initiatives. * Manage performance management systems that provide employees with clear
expectations and opportunities for growth. * Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
knowledge. * Maintain strict adherence to all labor laws and regulations.
Administer payroll and benefits programs efficiently and accurately.
The Successful Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Behavioral Science,
Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field – preferred * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role.
Demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR, including onboarding, performance
management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. * Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
1 year + experience working with Hi BOB HR system is a plus
