Be a part of the influential Human Resource team at Write Edge, dedicated to managing a diverse portfolio of HR functions and initiatives. From talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and performance management, our team works closely with the different teams in Write Edge to reach its goals in the Singapore market.
Onboarding and Offboarding Support:
Assist in organising and facilitating orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to the company culture and values.
Support the execution of smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into their roles and the organisation.
HR Analytics Support:
Assist in collecting and analysing data to forecast annual and day-to-day recruitment needs, helping to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Assist in analysing retention metrics and conducting pulse checks to identify areas for improving employee satisfaction.
Support the monitoring and management of the company’s Glassdoor profile to enhance the employer brand.
Assist in the development and management of referral programs to attract top talent through employee referrals.
Provide support in overseeing payroll management to ensure accurate and timely payment for all staff members.
Help maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details.
Assist in ensuring compliance with country-specific labor laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.
Administration of Part-time Payroll – processing of timesheets and working with Finance department on payment.
Assist in developing and executing effective HR communication strategies to keep employees informed about important updates, policies, and organisational news.
Performance Management Support:
Provide support in planning and executing the performance management process.
Assist in supporting leadership development through the administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools.
Help with the administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools and employee engagement surveys.
Support the analysis of employee engagement data to identify areas of improvement.
Assist in overseeing the increment and bonus cycle, ensuring fair and consistent rewards for performance excellence.
Staff Retention and Culture:
Collaborate with HR and management to contribute to the design and implementation of attractive staff benefits packages.
Provide support in handling general employee relations and grievances, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Adept at multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
