About the role
Looking for a HubSpot & GTM automation specialist who is interested in growing into a GTM engineer role. You’ll manage client-facing HubSpot admin tasks, orchestrate advanced Clay workflows, and implement scalable GTM architectures for high-growth companies.
What you’ll work on
Manage HubSpot admin tasks for client instances (lifecycle stages, data hygiene, lead routing, reporting)
Build and maintain Clay tables for enrichment, qualification flows, and intent signal workflows
Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between Clay, HubSpot, and other tools
Support complex client projects, including foundational architecture setup following our frameworks and best practices
Contribute to AI-related initiatives (prompt engineering, workflow automations, enrichment enhancements)
Collaborate with RevOps and GTM teams to optimize processes end-to-end
What we’re looking for
Strong experience as a HubSpot admin (2 years of HubSpot agency experience)
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities, with strong context-switching skills and the ability to adapt to shifting deadlines
Hands-on experience using Clay (even at a basic level), with eagerness to deepen expertise
Interest or early experience in AI and prompt engineering, willing to experiment and learn
Technical curiosity and comfort with solving operational and integration challenges
Nice to have
Experience with ClickUp and Supered is a plus
Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
Experience setting up scalable GTM or RevOps processes for B2B SaaS companies

Full-time contract, remote, Eastern Time (New York) hours
